Who is running the competition?

When will the competition start and end?
For participants attending the Wednesday session the competition starts at 8.30 PM on 19/11/25 and ends at 9.00 PM (AEDT) on 20/11/25 (the Competition Period). For participants attending the Friday session, the competition starts at 1.30 PM on 21/11/25 and ends at 1.30 PM (AEDT) on 22/11/25 (the Competition Period).
Who can enter?
Only Australian residents aged 18 years or older who attend the live online workshop "Avoiding The Silent Killers of Family Farm Businesses: Conflict, Confusion & Control" on Wednesday 19th November 2025 or Friday 21st November 2025, purchase the Webinar Attendee Only Offer within the 24-hour post-webinar offer period, and are actively involved in farming, own a farm, or are engaged in a farming business, are eligible to enter.
Who can’t enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees and their immediate family members of:
(a) the Promoter;
(b) the agencies or companies associated with this competition or the Promoter.
Do I need to buy anything to enter?
Yes, you must purchase two tickets to a 2026 TOP Producers event through the exclusive Workshop Attendee offer for $595 within the 24-hour post-webinar offer period.

To enter, you must, within 24 hours after the live workshop:

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 1 x winner determined by random at the completion of this competition. The draw will be held at 12 PM (AEST) on 24/11/25.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
The prize is:
3 nights accommodation at either the Novotel Brighton Beach, Sydney (check-in Sunday 15th Feb 2026, check-out Wednesday 18th Feb 2026) OR RACV Royal Pine Resort, Gold Coast (check-in Sunday 21st June 2026, check-out Wednesday 24th June 2026). If the participant selects ‘I don’t know,’ they must confirm their choice within 6 weeks before the TOP Producers event.
90-minute 1:1 Business Strategy Session with Managing Director, Jeremy Hutchings or CEO and Director, Sam Johnsson at a mutually agreed time in 2026. This session can take place before or after the TOP Producers event.
How many times can I enter?
You can only enter once.
How and when will the winners be informed?
If you are the winner, you will be informed by phone call.
If I win, when must I claim my prize?
You must accept your prize, you must confirm your farming status and intention to attend the event by responding to the phone call within 48 hours of being contacted. Failure to claim the prize within 48 hours may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to a Reserve Entrant
Eligibility Verification and Winner’s Intent to Attend:
Farm Involvement: By entering the competition, entrants agree to provide proof of their farming involvement (e.g., farm ownership, active participation in a farming business) if required by the Promoter.
Intent to Attend: Winners must confirm their intention to attend the TOP Producers event. If the winner is unable to verify their eligibility or intention to attend, they may forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected from the reserve entries.
What if I don’t claim my prize on time?
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed as specified within 48 hours of being contacted or if a drawn winner does not contact the Promoter within 48 hours of being contacted, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re- award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw to distribute the relevant prize/s.
Prize Restrictions and Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner only.
The winner must be available to attend the TOP Producers event on the scheduled dates. If the winner is not available, they will forfeit the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any aspect of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances change (e.g., travel restrictions, event changes).
Data Use and Privacy:
The Promoter will collect and use personal data in accordance with privacy laws and will only use this data for the purposes of the competition, including winner notification and promotion. Entrants agree that their details may be used in promotional material for Farm Owners Academy.
Force Majeure:
The Promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in the fulfilment of this competition caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, event cancellations, travel restrictions, or natural disasters.
Publicity:
By entering this competition, entrants agree to participate in promotional activities related to the competition and prize (such as social media posts, photos, or interviews) as reasonably requested by the Promoter.
