On Sunday, I spent six hours at Inflatable World.

It’s the happiest place on earth (if you’re a kid).

Two birthday parties. Same day. Three hours each.

One for my daughter. Then one for my son.

At first, the kids were in heaven.
Laughing. Racing. Screaming.
Lap after lap. Obstacle after obstacle.

They were red-faced, sweaty, going harder and harder.
Around and around and around.

Until they weren’t.
Eventually, one by one, they slowed down.
Started dragging their feet.
Flopped down on the floor.
And finally came over and said…

“Dad, I’m done. Can we go?”

It made me laugh, but also made me think…

Kids know when something’s stopped being fun.
When it’s time to stop running.
When the game isn’t worth the energy anymore.

They feel it. Say it. Do something about it.

Adults?

We forget how.

We keep going…even when the joy’s gone.
Even when the results have plateaued.
Even when we know, deep down, we’re stuck in a loop.

Same decisions. Same habits. Same outcomes.
And we call it “hard work” or “being responsible.”

But really… we’re just stuck on the giant inflatable hamster wheel of life.

Here’s a question worth sitting with, even if you never work with us:

If I wasn’t already doing this… would I choose to start it today?

That enterprise?
That partnership?
That way of running the business?

Sometimes you don’t need to do more.
You just need to stop doing what’s not working.

And often…the shift is tiny.
A small tilt in perspective.
A fresh idea.
One reframe that changes the trajectory.

That’s the value of having a coach.
