Life before joining Farm Owners Academy

Before joining the Platinum Mastermind Program, the Lynch’s faced significant challenges. Chris was working long hours, especially during sowing and harvest seasons, and spent extensive time on spraying. The family managed a self-replacing Merino enterprise alongside their cropping operations, employing two full-time workers who assisted Chris and his father. Prue handled the farm's bookkeeping while also managing a nearby saleyard.

However, the farm lacked a clear direction, and the internal culture and communication with staff were poor. This led to a stressful and chaotic environment, affecting both the business and their personal lives.

Life after joining Farm Owners Academy

Since completing the Platinum Mastermind program, the Lynch family's life and business have undergone a significant transformation. They now have a clear vision and direction for the future. 

One of the most impactful decisions for Prue & Chris was having the confidence and assurance to sell their Merino enterprise, which consumed a lot of time and provided little financial return. This move allowed them to focus solely on their cropping enterprise, improving their efficiency and timeliness in completing cropping tasks.

A big step forward was creating a farm succession plan and starting to save for their future. Following the Procure Assets Deep Dive session (part of the Program), they even purchased a valuable investment property.

Importantly, the Lynch family have achieved a much healthier work-life balance. Chris now spends more time with his family as the staff handle most machinery operations. Prue no longer works outside the farm, focusing on the farm's growth.
