There's always a reason to keep pushing.
The weather changes. A staff member calls in sick. There's another job that can't wait. And because it's your farm, you do what needs to be done.
But over time, the pressure can start taking its toll.
You're waking up tired, finding it harder to switch off, getting frustrated more easily, or feeling like you're constantly playing catch-up. Even when you do get a break, you struggle to properly relax.
And the worrying part? After a while, it can all start to feel normal.
That's how burnout can creep up on even the most capable, hardworking farm owners. You become so accustomed to pushing through that you stop recognising the warning signs.
The good news is that you don't have to wait until you hit breaking point to do something about it.
What you'll discover in 90 minutes
Learn how to recognise burnout before it takes a greater toll on your health and wellbeing, and discover practical ways to manage the pressure of farming without losing your passion for it.
